Hydra of Lerna
In Greek mythology, the Hydra of Lerna was
aquatic and terrestrial creature with snakelike, had many heads (could be three, five, ten, even a hundred to a thousand) and poisonous breath. He could regenerate two heads for every one that lost or it was amputated. His lair was located in the lake of Lerna, in the Gulf of Argolis, under which there was an entrance to the underworld. She was the daughter of Typhon and Echidna.
